'Took A Walk' was released as part of a free EP on BFW Recordings back in 2009.
An inexperienced recordist at the time, the quality of the original audio was questionable but the song had worth. As detailed in a recent blog post on chrisfordhammusic.com, Chris was struggling with stresses and pressures in life at the time of making this song, and the song (among other things) provided a focus to pull him through.

This single features a remix of the original song, including some re-recorded elements and a general overhaul of the mastering. Also featured is a completely new re-recording of the original EP's B-side track 'Twilight', a song which remains a live favourite in Chris's solo performances.

All sales from this single will be donated to the Samaritans charity organisation, who do great work in supporting individuals in times of need.
